How it works:

HIIT (high intensity interval training) involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. It is perhaps the most time-efficient way to exercise.

Typically, a HIIT workout will range from 10 to 30 minutes in duration.

Despite how short the workout is, research suggests that it can produce health benefits similar to twice as much moderate-intensity exercise,

The actual activity being performed varies and in a HIITFit class you can expect to see squat jumps, star jumps, floor sprints, high knees and maybe even a burpee or two!

It doesn’t matter if you are new to the class because all our exercises can be tailored and modified to suit your fitness level.
