How does it work
STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
This class allows you to get fit whilst letting off steam! If you’ve had a bad day the this is definitely the workout that will make it feel better whilst getting you strong, fit, lean and healthy.
This class has ‘switch out’ options so it can be tailored to suit your fitness level whether it be a modification as a beginner or a progression for the seasoned class attendee!
