How it works:

After a private consultation, we can develop a unique and realistic training programme that suits both your lifestyle and your goals. We can offer training outdoors or in the comfort of your own home. A major role of the personal trainer is to teach and monitor your workout. In the first session, we will usually show you how to perform each exercise and we may assist you the first time you perform them too. Over time, we monitor your technique and offer any correction for optimisation. As you become fitter and stronger we will progress you further by increasing the intensity from the original training program.
