Those that love the great outdoors and anyone who would like to begin their trail running journey. You may be a seasoned Trail runner looking for some company, new routes or a personal training twist.
How it works:
These sessions are usually run over a 6 week period but can also be paid weekly. Keep your eyes peeled for the next course dates.
We meet in various locations usually in and around the local area.
Sessions will be focused around running technique, strengthening the muscles and improving overall technique, all with a view!
Training in the beautiful mountains cannot be beaten. Research shows that as little as five minutes of outdoor exercise can improve self-esteem. Any outdoor location will do, but being near greenery or even water can enhance this effect.
From a physical perspective, variable terrain makes running more of a full body challenge. Running up and down hills can be exhilarating (and kinder on your joints too). That said, this session is suitable for all levels of runner so don’t be put off if you’ve never run on the trails before.
