How it works:
These sessions are run weekly (weather permitting) in a Bootcamp style in various locations in and around various locations..
You will perform body-weight exercises (think squats, press ups, planks, star jumps) to get your heart rates up, burn fat and strengthen and tone your muscles.
All this whilst enjoying the fresh air and the beautiful outdoors!
Benefits:
Outdoor exercise provides a mental health boost beyond that of indoor gyms. Moving outdoors has been shown to reduce anger and depression and improve mood. It has been proven that exposure to sunlight enhances vitamin D production, this may be partially responsible for this mood-enhancing effect.
